Debbie Cope
Strategic Advisor
Debbie Cope, founder and managing director of Cope Management saw a better way to help film and television producers connect quickly with the voiceover talent they need to express their creative projects in bold, fresh new ways.

After working both sides of the table, as a casting director and then a talent agent, Debbie saw the future and became the industry's very first voiceover manager. Debbie handpicked a small stable of voice actors and narrators and invested in their growth to meet the specific needs of entertainment marketing and promotion campaigns.

Building on the strength and depth of her relationships with producers and talent, Cope Management has been producing spectacular results for both, for over 30 years.

Copes innovative use of the latest digital technology makes it easier than ever for producers to hear, audition, and record the right voice, right now. Debbie prides herself in helping producers solve their creative challenges.
